Off the Scale Castleton, North Yorkshire is a dedicated Gluten free Bakery owned and run by Lizzie and family. With over 20 years experience of living a gluten free life, Lizzie has a good solid understanding of the precautions needed to keep people with Coeliac Disease Safe.
Baking 5 days a week with items available from 10am on Tuesday until closing on Saturday. Please order for Saturday.

Gluten Free
The kitchen at Off the Scale is gluten free, we never use gluten containing ingredients in the kitchen. We take all allergies seriously and will be able to provide accurate allergen information at time of purchase.
Our cakes and bakes are not labelled gluten free as this is a legally protected term and we have not had our products tested to be below the required 20ppm of gluten to use this term.
What we can promise you, is that we do not handle gluten in the kitchen, we do not use any ingredients that may contain gluten.
