Off the Scale Cakes and Bakes

Lizzie has always been a keen baker and now loves baking in the purpose built kitchen at Off the Scale. There are fresh bakes every day, brownies are a staple, flapjacks, cupcakes, lemon drizzle, cakes, quiches and Thursday is Corned Beef Pie Day!

Gluten Free

The kitchen at Off the Scale is gluten free, we never use gluten containing ingredients in the kitchen. We take all allergies seriously and will be able to provide accurate allergen information at time of purchase.

Our cakes and bakes are not labelled gluten free as this is a legally protected term and we have not had out products tested to be below the required 20ppm of gluten to use this term.
What we can promise you, is that we do not handle gluten in the kitchen, we do not use any ingredients that may contain gluten.
